We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our vibrant Marketing & Sales team. This role is crucial for expanding our market reach, strengthening customer and sales partner relationships, and driving sales growth through strategic engagement and leadership. ResponsibilitiesManage a designated territory within the USA, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share, enter new markets, and enhance customer engagement.Regularly engage with key stakeholders such as contractors, distributors, engineers, and architects to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.Recruit, train, and mentor sales partners to ensure they are knowledgeable about our products, sales techniques, capabilities, and standards.Conduct training sessions for internal teams and external partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and support.Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and updates, ensuring our offerings meet market demands.Lead key projects, ensuring leads are closed and customer requirements are met.Be willing to travel 30% of the time to meet with sales partners, customers, and other stakeholders, and attend trade shows, site visits, and other customer meetings.Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's mission, vision, values, and capabilities with professionalism and integrity.Essential SkillsComputer literacy for managing sales data, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.Superior listening and presentation skills to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.Strong strategic thinking and sales acumen to grow business and close deals.Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies.Willingness to travel.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.Positive energy, high integrity, and strong work ethic.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience as a Regional Sales Rep or Manager.Passion for manufacturing, technical products, and construction.Work Environment
Monday to Friday. Based in Wisconsin. 2-3 day trips per month (30%). When not traveling, need to be in the office but there is lots of flexibility at the same time. Opportunities for professional growth. Direct placement with competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00
