REGIONAL SALES MANAGER UK

Arrow’s Global Components is looking for a Regional Sales Manager UK. In this position and as part of the UK leadership team, you will be responsible for leading one of the regional sales teams. The role will be ideal for a people driven, inspirational leader capable of setting a clear vision in line with the Arrow’s well defined go to market strategy. 

What will you be doing at Arrow GC? 

You will be responsible for leading the team from the front, taking ownership and supporting employees as well as business objectives.Support and adopt new go-to-market and manage team through this change effectively.Partner with other regional managers and leaders to share ideas and adopt solutions in the most effective way.Develop and execute sales strategy to ensure we grow faster than the market in all product groups and market served.Set and manage customer/territory plans to achieve business goals and reward performance.Drive and own strategic supplier business plans to achieve agreed goals and objectives.Drive and manage successful relationships at all critical supplier/customer personnel in region.Drive internal and external stakeholder relationships to maximize company benefit.Deliver higher penetration of the available market opportunity through strategic utilization of Arrow’s product and service offering.

What are we looking for? 

You have 5 years + experience in people management and regional sales within similar industry.Attention to detail, balance of analytical and driving skills.Ability to collaborate across other key functionsStrong and varied influencing styles.Experience in PowerBI, and Salesforce would be beneficial.Fluency in English.
