_We are NOW hiring a_ **_Regional Sales Manager US + Canada_** _to join our team!_
**Must reside in East US. Hybrid schedule; will work out of Closter NJ and travel up to 75% of the time**
**_What’s the job?_**
Responsible for Sales activities related to SWISSPACER in USA and Canada. Create and implement clear PUSH and PULL strategies to increase SWISSPACER market share and turnover in the region and enlarge the use of warm edge products in general. Building up a customer base which will be supplied by a local warehouse in Closter, NJ.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Development of targeted strategies to achieve Sales goals and objectives through PUSH and PULL-Sales-activities
+ Consulting Window Producers technically in warm-edge application and added value for their windows
+ Grow existing turnover and market share in US + Canada
+ Training of our customers and their customers
+ Consulting the Glass Associations / meeting-participation
+ Support central marketing team to prepare targeted communication and campaigns
+ Key Account Management and development of new Key Accounts
+ Regular Exchange and close collaboration with Internal Sales Team in US and Europe
+ Compliance with Company policies
+ Participation in national and international trade fairs, meetings, seminars, conferences or training related to Swisspacer products
+ Identify potential new customers/responsible for actions
+ Monitoring of the market / suggestions for growth
+ Enlarging the demand for warm edge products
+ Close cooperation with our Sales-Organization of Building Glass in US and Canada
+ Networking with external and internal business-partners
+ Support to develop a national/local marketing structure
**_What do you bring?_**
+ Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Sales or Civil Engineering with Commercial background
+ Experienced in Sales mainly in the IGU business (5+ years) and preferably also in the window branch
+ Key Account Management
+ Experience and network in the US and Canadian window industry or related suppliers. Network in associated organizations
+ Good knowledge of Windows and MS Office applications
+ Use of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics)
+ Dynamic and open sales personality
+ Ability to work in an international and virtual team
+ Ability to efficiently organize and plan the workload
+ Team player with an active and open communication and an attitude to cooperate with the other team members
+ Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
+ Motivated and customer-oriented behavior
+ Flexibility and readiness to travel up to 80% also to international meetings and visits

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $111,000 to $177,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 15% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $127,600 to $203,500. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
