**POSITION SUMMARY**
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strong commercial strategies and Go-to-Market plans that drive growth and performance across our priority channels, including Hotels, Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Universities, Healthcare, Workplaces, and Convenience Stores (both petrol and non-petrol). Collaborating closely with the Nestlé Professional leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Nestlé Professional in Saudi Arabia.

+ **Leadership and Strategic Influence** : As a key member of the Nestlé Professional Saudi Arabia/NP Central Arabia Leadership Team, the Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction for the business.
+ **Business & Portfolio Growth** : Drive the development and execution of Channel, Category, and Brand strategies to expand and scale Nestlé’s portfolio across key sectors, including Coffee (NESCAFÉ & Starbucks), Food(MAGGI, Buitoni, Etc.…), Dairy, and Confectionery (Kit Kat, Tola, Etc…).
+ **Go-to-Market Strategy** : Develop and implement effective Go-to-Market plans, leading current and future Route to Market partnerships in alignment with the broader business objectives.
+ **Relationship Management** : Foster and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and industry opinion leaders within the Out of Home sector, driving mutual business growth.
+ **Team Leadership & Development** : Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team by providing coaching, development plans, and training initiatives. Ensure the continuous development of talent within the team to meet the business’s evolving needs.
+ **Governance & Process Excellence** : Drive local governance by ensuring compliance with business processes, including monthly planning cycles, distributor management best practices, and continuous excellence initiatives within Nestlé.
+ **Financial Accountability** : Own key financial KPIs including TOPLINE growth, Organic Growth, TARE, Trade Asset management, and Marketing Spend, ensuring the achievement of targets and overall business performance.

This role requires a dynamic and results-driven leader with strong business acumen, industry relationships, and the ability to execute high-level strategies while ensuring operational excellence.
+ Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is essential.
+ Bilingual English & Arabic is a must
+ Out-of-Home (OOH) sector experience is highly advantageous.
+ Transformational and agile mindset
+ 6+ years in business operation and in leading people
+ Preferably with Out of Home expertise – Foodservices Industry
+ Solid experience in Sales, Marketing and distributor management with proven track record
+ Relevant University degree
+ Solid Computer literacy
