Regional Sales Operations Manager, Renewals

Optimization, Renewals **Location:** AVEVA APAC Regional Office **Main Responsibilities** **Operations** + [Opportunities Management] Responsible for assigning opportunities and related territories to ensure that Renewal objectives are optimized and allocated to all renewal resources through the opportunity/target/quota programs + [Pipeline and ATR management] Responsible for producing monthly proactive renewals planning reports + [Compensation Management] Oversees renewals compensation plan administration for Renewal Managers and Individual Contributors + [SFDC data quality] Executes monthly data quality cadence with renewals team and regional sales team for action to support reporting and metrics: continuity, completeness, status (closed lost / re-contracted) + Ensure the renewals teams run as effectively and productively as possible, interacting with the sales team, leadership, global counterparts and supporting functions to drive revenue for the organization + Facilitate successful implementation of new programs throughout the organization by ensuring a well-defined and effective training process is in place at launch + Foster and support an organization of continuous process improvement **Cross-function Engagement** + Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Services, Finance and to design and optimize renewal business and strategy analytics + Ensure global renewal initiatives and programs are communicated, aligned, implemented, and measured, for bi-directional knowledge sharing to support global standard methodologies + Provide system, process, contacts, and operational coaching to Sales team members regarding renewals processes + Help resolve issues and offer alternative tactics and strategies to accomplish goals + Act as a focus point for new projects and developments with other internal groups + Ensure planning, forecasting, and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes employed in the region and across the organization + Align with the commercial Rhythm of the Business, supporting the region and markets’ leadership team’s cadence of review and planning activities + Partner with regional Sales and Operations teams to support each of the markets’ needs while driving global consistency in tools, processes, and measurement to enhance both growth and productivity + Provide regional leadership with data and make recommendations for improving renewal sales funnel, processes, and results **Essential Capabilities** + Must have a positive attitude and be able to maintain professional, high-quality working relationships with members of the company globally and regardless of background or role + Ability to problem solve and remain resilient when solutions are not obvious, do not include your ideas, or take time to implement + Ability to handle multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment while paying very close attention to detail. + Advanced MS Office knowledge, demonstrated prior use, and high-level current skills + Self-starter, highly motivated, disciplined, results driven, and a strong, team-focused player + Demonstrated ability to work effectively with organization management, sellers, and very senior stakeholders + Exceptional, clear communication skills are key (in person, via video call, written and verbal) + Extensive experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems + Ability to build vision, understand and define requirements, design practical solutions, develop supporting business cases and implement solutions + Ability to think strategically and synthesize insights and business implications from data in a meaningful way **Desirable Experience** + Cross-functional, matrixed stakeholder experience as well and demonstrated influencer skills are key, including the ability to influence at appropriate levels of the organization + Deep knowledge of best-in-class sales and account/opportunity management practices as applied within Technology, SaaS, and B2B environments + Experience driving structured processes and leveraging analytics from large datasets to define issues, provide solutions, and drive programs + Broad experience using high volumes of data to develop go-to market approaches and inform the business on a wide variety of subjects + A focus on self-directed learning and professional development to improve and serve others in the pursuit of business growth and personal development + Minimum of 5-years of experience managing sales operations within a technology company + Experience in the Technology/SaaS space, with a strong preference for experience in growth companies + Experience in developing and effectively engaging highly functioning remote teams and people + Demonstrated
