Verantwortlich für die Neukundengewinnung in allen Segmenten und die Erfüllung der erforderlichen Verkaufs- und Umsatzziele, bei Kunden mit einem jährlichen Umsatz <100K.Detaillierte Marktbeobachtung, Erkennen von Trends, Identifizierung von Wettbewerben und Weitergabe der Informationen an beteiligte Abteilungen (Marketing, Technik etc.) und die FührungsebeneKlare und strukturierte Dokumentation der Kundenaktivitäten und Kontaktdaten in SalesForce.com

Qualifikationen:

Abgeschlossene Meisterausbildung im Bereich FahrzeuglackierungMindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich AutoreparaturlackeSchnelle Auffassungsgabe und Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen sowie eine umfassende ProblemlösekompetenzHohes Maß an Selbstdisziplin und EigenverantwortungFließende Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse erwünscht.

Tasks and activities:

Responsible for new customer acquisition across all segments and meeting required sales and revenue targets for customers with annual revenue <100K. Detailed market observation, recognizing trends, identifying competition and passing on the information to the departments involved (marketing, technology, etc.) and the management levelClear and structured documentation of customer activities and contact information in SalesForce.com

Qualifications:

Completed master craftsman training in vehicle paintingAt least 5 years of professional experience in the field of automotive refinishingQuick comprehension and recognition of customer needs as well as comprehensive problem-solving skillsHigh degree of self-discipline and personal responsibilityFluent knowledge of German, knowledge of English desired.
