Regional Security Specialist
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

 

Serve as a Premise or Premises account manager.  Manage day-to-day Embedded Officer Services at the Premises, including supervision, oversight of policy and procedure implementation, and maintenance of current and updated procedures and other record-keeping. Work responsively and cooperatively with Oracle security, safety management and/or business unit leadership employees.  Review monthly billing invoices and provide any discrepancies to the local branch prior to submission for payment. Deal positively with rapid change.  Identify and solve problems. Work with minimal supervision. Make independent decisions. Possess general proficiency with Microsoft Office products and keyboarding skills. Possess general knowledge of electronic access control systems, CCTV, and alarms systems along with a theoretical and practical knowledge of security and risk management practices.  Act ethically. REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES:

 

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail is a must. Excellent customer service is a must. Proficient in Microsoft office. Time management is a must. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

 

High School Diploma CPR.AED/First Aid certified (preferred) Military or law enforcement (preferred) PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

 

 

Physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting, walking, climbing stairs, and driving. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times. OTHER DUTIES:
