The Regional Senior Claims Specialist advocates, consults and provides coverage advice to clients as appropriate by demonstrating advanced problem resolution skills and the ability to manage and communicate issues for key accounts by providing coverage advice to clients. The Regional Senior Claims Specialist reviews coverage positions and challenges adjusters as warranted while advocating the best possible outcome for clients in accordance with service standards. The Regional Senior Claims Specialist also facilitates client meetings and claims reviews.  Responsible for negotiating changes in reserves for a positive client outcome, providing status reports to clients as the need arises by any applicable service plan, and reviewing action plans and reserves. Reviews all new problematic or sophisticated claims on designated clients and formulates a plan of action to achieve a favorable claim resolution.

This is an in office position and is available to candidates in Lafayette, LA, Lake Mary, FL and Tampa, FL.

What You'll Do Reports claims for clients and works directly with both insureds and claimants to identify new claims.Reviews claim forms and related documents for completeness and calls or writes insured or other involved persons for missing information and posts or attaches information to claim file.Follows up on claims to secure Adjuster and claim number and updates claim reporting information for companies when necessary.Follows up on claim acknowledgements and adjuster assignments for large claims as appropriate.Serves as contact for Adjuster and Insured for claims related issues.Resolves coverage questions in order to provide best possible claim outcomes for clients.Prepares claims information for presentations as requested.Resolves customer claim issues in coordination with Claim Manager/Team Leader in order to reduce E&O exposure.Manages complex claims and accounts.Other duties as assigned. Ability to maintain diverse and full workload while meeting deadlines.Tech savvy; ability to learn multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Agency Management softwareStrong organization and excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Grow, with us
