Position Summary
Seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Executive with expertise in Adobe marketing solutions specifically Adobe campaigns and Real-Time CDPThe ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing execution, providing guidance and ensuring governance for SEAO’s CRM operations.
This role sits in the Digital Marketing team and would be reporting to the Head of Performance and Operations of SEAO region
Role and Responsibilities
Maximizes usage and governance of Adobe Campaigns V8 and Real-Time CDP Act as a subject matter expert for Adobe Campaigns and RT CDP, offering guidance and campaign solutionsAble to design, configure, test and deploy CRM campaigns using Adobe solution suite, ensuring accuracy and on-time deliverySet up workflows, email templates, and multi-channel campaigns including but not limited to: Email, SMS, Push Notifications, WhatsApp, and Push to Paid MediaCollaborate with cross-functional team to translate business requirements into technical campaign solutionsManage customer data within Adobe, including segmentation, and data uploadsBuild dynamic and personalized audience segments based on behavioural, transactional, and demographic data and innovate personalized dynamic contentManagement and Oversight of Marketing Campaigns Manages and drives end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across SEAOReview HQ toolkit and campaign execution guide against regional MarTech stack and CRM capability, and assess operational feasibilityDefine and Govern against regional guidelines to deliver an improved One Samsung experience for our customers, throttling marketing campaigns across different product lines where necessaryIdentify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency, driving continuous optimization of CRM operationsUnderstands and is aware of industry best practices in email advertising, and implements these best practicesDemonstrates knowledge on customer segmentation, campaign management and reportingManages regional typology rules across the SEAO region and ensure complianceOptimization of campaigns and operation efficiency Works with data team to understand campaign performance, maximizing value from customer interactions by adhering to data driven marketing approachesMonitor campaign performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and identifying risks, following up with mitigation strategies as needed.Engages with agencies, understand workflows, institutionalize best practices, and ways of working and ensures backups and records of best practices are kept in order to facilitate new onboarders.Martech and Platform Management
Raise MarTech issues linked to operational feasibility and execution of campaigns (Platform, Data & Reporting).Escalates MarTech performance issues and ensures timely resolution.Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Have experience in using Adobe marketing stack solutions such as Adobe campaigns and Real-Time CDP.Digital Marketing & CRM: Have experience in CRM and data-driven marketing across strategy, media & technologyAudience Segmentation Expertise: Familiarity with audience segmentation and a passion for understanding consumer insights, translating them into actionable business ideas to drive campaign effectiveness.Independent & Strategic Thinker: Independent, self-driven individual with a highly responsible nature, possessing strategic thinking, multi-tasking, and decision-making abilities essential for regional operations & campaign success.Stakeholder Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including internal cross functions and teams, suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, and media owners, ensuring cohesive campaign execution.Project Management: Strong project management experience. Prior regional experience in managing a central centre of excellence and marketing operations team is a plusA Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.A minimum of 5 years of work-experience exclusively in digital marketing for a Tech/ Electronics/ CPG Marketer / FinanceSamsung Electronics’ environmental management philosophy derives from our core purpose of contributing to human life, with respect for nature.
