The Regional Service Center Operations Supervisor leads and manages 2nd shift (11am to 8:30pm) warehouse activities within the service center. This includes oversight of safety, quality, engagement, and overall performance to the company's aligned KPI's. As an Operations Supervisor, you will have the leadership opportunity to coach, develop, motivate, and mentor an operational team. This person will be a key leader within the regional fulfillment team and will report up to the Service Center Operations Manager. This position will be responsible for managing and leading a team to execute the responsibilities as noted above. This position will be located in Fontana, CA. Total Base Pay Range: 70,000 - 85,000 (Annual) Key Accountabilities + _Leadership for all operations within the warehouse._ + _Effectively manage Warehouse Leads and associates._ + _Build team chemistry and develop associates for future roles in the business._ + _Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates._ + _Accountability for meeting Key Performance Indicators such as safety and dock to stock._ + _Responsible for managing daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and executing on countermeasures._ + _Build and execute productivity plans by reviewing work forecasts, determining productivity requirements, and partnering with other Area Supervisors to balance labor._ + _Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer expectations and ensure accuracy and quality._ + _Engage the Regional Operations Support Coordination and ICQA teams to meet internal KPI’s and customer satisfaction targets._ + _Promote continuous improvement culture and lead process improvement initiatives and lean tools._ + _Work with the management team to improve employee engagement by initiating and/or facilitating team building events that also support our community._ Culture Building: + Cultivate a positive organizational culture. + Encourage teamwork, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. Continuous Improvement: + Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. + Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution center.
