In this role the candidate will be responsible for managing defined IT service with agreed IT KPI’s and service SLA’s, and according to IT service support, operation and performance processes and best practices;
Main responsibilities:
Responsible for IT service descriptions, documentation and proactive communications to relevant IT users in scope Responsible for continuous service / when relevant including Country specific improvement activitiesResponsible for service /country IT continuity, and when relevant acts as a Major incident manager within own country / area Responsible for operational and tactical supplier and contract management within the scopeSupports Project managers & Solution owners on service transition, and building the operational readiness (as part of release management and roll-outs)Can act as 2nd tier support in service /country Responsible for Problem Management & RCA process in own service in close co-cooperation with the supplierDeliverables
Delivery responsible for the area on enterpise connectivity (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi etc..)Accountable on end user satisfaction and experience on the area.SLA and service against SLA (Service performance dashboard)Responsible for Network operations in Europe including incident and change managementLogs & follows RCAs for the services in scope for the areaResponsible for local network projects and enhancement activitiesPrimary Skills
Experience in SD-WAN, Cisco products ( WAN, LAN ), Juniper MISTStrong supplier management skillsGood understanding of Enterprise networksTelecom industry experience is preferredUnderstanding of cloud technology, especially enterprise audio solutionsGood understanding of network security solutions (Firewall, Proxy services etc)Good understanding of IT / OT segregationSecondary Skills
