Reporting to the Head of Service,  the Regional Service Manager UK North & Ireland  is responsible for providing strong leadership to a team of Field Service Engineers across UK North and Ireland, as well as developing a culture of exceeding customer expectations, outstanding customer service, thus accelerating the growth of printer placements and service revenues.

This will be a remote role, with travel across the region. Ideally you will be located in the Ulster or Leinster provinces, or the Northern half of the UK.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Manage regional Profits & Losses by managing cost to serve our customers and driving revenue generating products.

Deploy service strategy with strong people leadership and change management

Ensure customer satisfaction. You will be accountable for regional escalation resolution and project success, ensure response time and intervention quality, ensure good communication between department on cross-functional activities (projects, installations)

Manage, develop, and coach associates with extensive field presence

Continuously improve service quality by ensuring established processes are followed and improving them when necessary.
 

The essential requirements of the job include:

Proactive and strategic problem solver who first understands business and associate needs and is then keen to bring forward and test new insights and industry-leading practices

Must have well developed executive presence; ability to lead and run project teams with a range of experience and skills and engage with senior leaders without the company.

Team Player – relationship savvy people who intentionally make connections with both internal partners and external contacts.

Leadership - create commitment and trust through strong work ethic and customer focus

Customer focused, with a sense of urgency

Willing to travel to coach field team and manage customer relationships
