Regional Sourcing Analyst

Role:

Support the Procurement & Performance Lead in the delivery of the sourcing strategy at the client/s within the Asia Pacific region.

Regional Sourcing Analyst key activities and responsibilities:

Annual sourcing plan implementation for account(s) as per assigned projects.Management of supplier performance reviews and framework.Execution of sourcing strategies and regional initiatives.Support to all expense sourcing activities on account(s). Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of goods and services against specific business requirements.Undertaking RFP’s and associated process and evaluation.Undertake e-auction / electronic RFP through supply chain management system.Support in the preparation, drafting, and review of supplier contracts, as well as any vendor set ups, as required.Risk Management. Identify and take steps to reduce business risk through the execution of effective sourcing strategies and effective collaboration with the risk and compliance team.Provide purchasing support to operational and finance teams as required.Support JLL regional sourcing programmes (as requested by the leadership / management teams). Give input, feedback, and assist with the execution of such programmes on the account(s).Responsible for the administration of the strategic sourcing audit program to ensure compliance with JLL contracting, risk and procedure best practices and standards.Provide required KPI & SLA performance monitoring through appropriate JLL systems (Supplier Performance Management).Support Quarterly Business Reviews and supplier performance reviews as required.Complete appropriate commercial due diligence and analysis to support savings proposals / approvals.Savings delivery, tracking and reporting for assigned projects and responsibilities (hard savings / cost avoidance / value add initiatives e.g. working capital, revenue generation).Flow-to-work (additional procurement and buying activity) according to business need.


Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

Collaboration with appropriate stakeholders, subject matter experts, and other partners.Support the vendor data management team to ensure supplier directory, profiles, risk and compliance requirements and capability mapping are current and relevant.Support category management as required with supplier feedback and market intelligence gathered through on-account activities.Support preferred supplier alignment.Support supplier diversity initiatives and identification as required.Support the teams with initiatives and workstreams as required to improve team efficiency, performance, and well-being.


Requirements:

Strong understanding of end-to-end RFx projects and procurement activity cycleUnderstanding of Facilities Management services and supplier environmentStrong analytical, financial, and commercial skills to achieve transparency of tender costsAbility to clearly demonstrate and present tender results for internal and client sign-offClear understanding of savings identification, analysis, tracking and approval processesDemonstrates strong communication and ability to develop relationships with othersNatural focus on teamwork, collaboration, and co-operationCustomer Service: Commitment to solve requests and problemsNegotiation and influencing skillsAttention to detail and good understanding of cost makeup in supplier contractsGood understanding of procurement contracting process and requirementsExcellent organisational and administrative skills,Excellent numerical and commercial acumenExcellent inter-personal, communication and negotiation skillsFluent in EnglishEnd-end procurement RFx project management, e-sourcing platforms, sourcing procedures and protocolsExperience working with multiple suppliers across multiple countries / Asia Pacific regionExperience in Procurement / e-auctions and sourcing contracted services
