About this opportunity:
We are seeking a Regional Sourcing Manager to support our Southeast Region, enhance Ericsson’s competitive edge, optimize supplier value, proactively manage business risks, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
As a Regional Sourcing Manager, you will oversee Civils/Macro construction projects for Network Build Sourcing, driving the development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with key business objectives while leveraging the supplier market. Your role will involve end-to-end strategic sourcing and stakeholder management, including analyzing third-party spend, developing category and project strategies, and managing the sourcing process (RFx, negotiations, project management, and contracting). You will cultivate relationships and provide strategic guidance to executive leadership and cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will collaborate with other Ericsson organizations to drive value, ensure procurement process adherence, and maintain policy compliance across the spend category.
What you will do:
Sourcing:
Lead the sourcing process (RFx, RFI, RFP, reverse auction, negotiations) and evaluation processes for Network Services categoriesEnsure the fulfillment of Customer capacity commitments for each Civils/Construction project within your geographical area, regardless of CustomerBuild and strengthen relationships with key suppliers to support the growth of our Network Build businessLeverage appropriate tools to drive results and deliver cost savingsSupport stakeholders spend and vendor-related initiatives as neededContract Management:
Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, key terms, service level requirements, KPIs, and other performance and SLA metricsOversee the contract review process, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained prior to executionContinuously maintain contracts for assigned categories within the contract management toolStrategy:
Develop and execute category strategies for assigned Network Services categories to achieve savings targetsAnalyze market trends, assess risks, and gather intelligence to inform sourcing and category strategiesPerform total cost of ownership evaluations, supply market research, and pricing impact analysisCollaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous cost and performance improvementsServe as the central expert for the commercial aspects of each Network Services categoryLead cross-functional sourcing teams and provide value-added services across departmentsMonitor category purchasing reports to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Implement streamlined category purchasing processes and supporting tools
Supplier Management:
Measure and manage supplier performance against contracted service levels and KPIsAddress strategic supplier performance issues to ensure customer satisfactionNegotiate and manage key supplier relationships and contractsMaintain regular supplier communication to resolve ongoing issuesDrive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives proactivelyLeadership:

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalentMinimum 3-5 years of Strategic Sourcing experienceExperience in Telecom or IT Network Services, Construction, or Professional Services

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit’s objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.

Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.
Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson matches $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson’s full matching contributions. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson’s Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee’s start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
