Summary
This is a regionally based position that is responsible for training and assisting the retail network in sales and aftermarket support activities which promote growth in Company motive power revenues and end-user satisfaction with V-Force products. Primary motive power sales and aftermarket support contact between Company and the retail network in the region. Maintain Marketing Plan for each retailer in the region.
Primary Responsibilities
Direct retailers in the marketing/selling of company V-Force motive power programs. Monitor branch charger bookings report and charger sales to determine focus of training and sales support. Provided initial product training, product updates and what's new/next in the field. Assist retailer efforts with the development of the sales force in motive power knowledge and confidence. Surveys, customer visits, product focus meeting, demo's, product comparisons, power studies, and structuring Return on Investment’s (ROI's) for active deals.Direct retailers in the service/support of company V-Force motive power programs.
Deliver training programs that educate the retailer technicians and personnel to provide superior customer satisfaction for the V-Force product line.
Provide service training for retailers on all product enhancements, updates and what's new/next.
Ensure all customers enjoy a superior ownership experience with the V-Force products.
Help collect specific site information and comparison information to support sales initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
2-4 years related experience High school diploma Must have valid driving privileges Extensive travel (over 20%) Extensive overnight stays (over 20%)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales or Engineering. Four or more years’ experience in sales, marketing or customer service--new equipment sales experience is desired. Have a strong sense of urgency, be highly self-motivated, willing to travel, comfortable speaking in front of small groups, flourish in a team environment and possess excellent communication, relationship building, time management and problem solving skills
