Teach one of the following summer school Regents review courses: + High School Review Courses: Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, English Language Arts 11, World History & Geography II, US History & Government, Earth Science, Living Environment, Chemistry, Earth and Space Science, Life Science: Biology Program Dates: + Three (3) hours for data review required prior to August start + August 11 - August 18, four (4) hours per day + August 19 & 20, seven (7) hours per day, proctoring and scoring exams + August 21, hourly, (if needed) as determined by summer school principal + Must be able to work all dates TYPICAL DUTIES: + Plan and teach lessons during the review session that incorporate student electronic devices. + Prepare students for state assessments. + Proctor and rate Regents examinations as needed. + Bring own non-consumable materials such as books from home school, stapler, ruler, non-consumable desk supplies. BOCES 2 will provide consumable paper, and dry erase supplies. + Classroom management, including home contact. + Ensure IEP met for students with disabilities, particularly regarding test accommodations and reasonable classroom modifications (collaborate with on-site teacher consultant). + Perform other such duties as may be assigned by the Regional Summer School site principal.
