Regional Supervisor, OnSite Operations, Texas Dallas
Work Flexibility: Field-based

As an OnSite Operations Regional Supervisor, you will oversee the performance and development of OnSite Specialists across your region, driving operational success and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel to support the region.

What you will do:

Supervise the OnSite Specialists within your region, overseeing their performance, career development, and day-to-day operations.

Lead recruitment efforts, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members.

Coach, mentor, and provide leadership to all OnSite Specialists across the assigned territory.

Partner with sales teams to strengthen customer relationships and drive growth for the OnSite business.

Monitor and evaluate performance through regular reports to management, including activities, staffing levels, and region performance.

Ensure timely completion of training and development programs for all specialists.

Manage attendance, time-off requests, and ensure adequate coverage for all team members.

Travel up to 75% of the time to support operations, including overnight trips as necessary.

What you need:

Required Qualifications:

4 + years of relevant work experience; 3+ years of management experience, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage operations and at least 1 year of experience in the operating room or a clinical services-related account.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with expense reporting tools.

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs consistently.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with large groups and individuals at all levels.

Ability to manage a team remotely and drive results while traveling frequently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Stryker ProCare or in a related field or services role.

Experience working in a similar healthcare or technical services environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage complex tasks independently.

Ability to review and assess performance metrics and report on progress.

Experience with financial reporting and understanding of regional P&L.

Travel Percentage: 70%
