Key Rehab is seeking a licensed therapist (PT/Assistant, OT/Assistant, or SLP) to fill the role of Regional Supervisor. We believe that decisions regarding patient care should be made by clinicians in accordance with their clinical judgment. Clinicians are ethically obligated to deliver services that they believe are medically necessary and, in the patient’s best interest. Candidates for the position of Regional Supervisor must support these beliefs, and have a strong clinical and interdisciplinary background.
Responsibilities
The Regional Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of operations for an assigned geographic region typically including up to 10 customer facilities. This includes responsibility for personnel development, assigned patient treatments, and customer and staff satisfaction. The Regional Supervisor typically reports to the designated Vice President of Operations over that region.
QualificationsMinimum qualifications:
Must be a licensed therapist or assistant in the state(s) of practice.Knowledge of Medicare and MDS rules and regulations.Knowledge of staff/personnel management.Experience with the geriatric population in long term care.Ability to travel between sites.Preferred Qualifications:
Prior management experience in long term care setting preferred.Good organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to develop positive working relationships.Exceptional oral and written communication.Equal Opportunity Employment
