Job DescriptionThe Auto Adhesive & Fluids Business is seeking a Regional Supply Chain Manager in AP region. The Regional Supply Chain Manager drivers end-to-end Supply Chain Performance to deliver a competitive advantage, partnering with regional business and operational leaders to realize strategic priorities, and acting as an active collaborator and integrator of business and functional improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will lead a sizeable team and be accountable for the reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, agility and working capital effectiveness of supply chain (Plan-Buy-Make-Deliver) in Aisa Pacific region.
Responsibilities:
Product Supply
Champions customer focus and service within Operations and Supply Chain managing processes in the region, accountable for order on time delivery performance, order lead time, inventory and other key supply chain execution performance indicatorsIdentifies strategic and tactical options to enhance supply chain agility, flexibility, reliability, responsiveness and reduce cost and riskFacilitates DIBM/IBP Regional Supply Review in the region for business’ rolling 24-month supply plan, well utilize supply capacity inside and outside the region to balance customer service level and inventoryCommunicate constrained or unconstrainted supply plan with relevant functions. Guide Regional Supply Chain team and influence other function to execute the planChampions tracking metrics and communication processes aligned with Operations deliverables, business priorities, and global competitive benchmarkingDrives supply chain tools and processes optimization and mater data integrity, supports improvement culture, accelerates improvement, actively manage risks and strengthen regulatory performance Supports the creation of effective new supply chain and product launch processes integrated with new product development prioritiesSupply crisis priority management in the regionBe service quality leadership that translate VOC to effective service, lead time and product quality managementLeads global supply and demand balance for one or few value centers, present global supply view of the designed value centers. Relative to integrated business planning horizon (0 to 24 months) is responsible to identify and anticipates gaps in long term capability and competitiveness and develops options for line of business team decision making for the value centersActive partner in translating business strategy & priorities into supply chain strategy/prioritiesPeople Management & Development

BS/BA Supply Chain, business, or technical field is requiredAPICS CPIM / CSCP Certification strongly preferred (must be obtained on the job within 18 months)Strong supply chain acumen, deep understanding in IBP technologySAP/ERP competency / working knowledge strongly preferred.> 5 Years Supply Chain or manufacturing or Customer Service, Logistic experience requiredStrong leadership and collaboration skills required.Experience in building and improving teams and managing processes (Previous People Leader)Six Sigma Black Belt with Lean training, and/or Champion preferred, or equivalent continuous improvement experienceJoin our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
