Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities: (may be used to create job postings)
Provides consultative leadership in the development, implementation and evaluation of contemporary recruitment and employment policies/practices for the Nearshore countries (Mexico, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador and Colombia). Collaborates with key leaders and hiring managers across the organization to support its mission and business goals for every supported countries. Provides day-to-day oversight of Corporate and Operations recruiting to promote the timely recruitment and selection of candidates in every supported countries. Develops, implements, manages and refines systems, processes and procedures for recruitment in areas that include, but are not limited to the hiring process, employee referral program, background investigations and requisition process for every supported countries. Ensures that the recruitment needs of hiring managers and senior leadership are met in an efficient, cost-effective manner for every supported countries. Provides strategic leadership through the recruitment process for Corporate and field Operations locations for every supported countries. Leads recruitment activities by managing recruiting teams, coordinating all recruitment and employment activities, managing workflow of the recruiters/recruitment support staff and developing/maintaining the day-to-day accountability to meet Corporate and field Operations expectations for every supported countries. May participate in all or part of the recruitment cycle for certain candidates, Specially Staff and non-agent process for corporate positions (selection, testing/screening, interviewing, employment offers, etc.). Consults with senior management on executive-level sourcing strategies; manages senior-level executive searches as appropriate for every supported countries. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with clients and internal/external sources for every supported countries. Teaches, coaches and leads direct reports to deliver timely results and ensure internal/external client satisfaction for every supported countries. Identifies metrics, establishes standards, sets objectives and audits operational effectiveness for every supported countries. Monitors progress and takes action accordingly for every supported countries. Leads and implements regional projects for new ATS and testing and evaluations systems. In charge of the Hiring Capacity establishment and Growth Capacity Establishment for every supported countries. Leads the regional staffing positions (Positions open in more than 1 country) providing constant feedback and updates on these processes to Hiring Managers.
Typical Qualifications: (education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities typically needed to perform this job)
Education (if beyond High School or equivalent): 4-year degree in human resources or business or equivalent directly related experience and education.
Experience Target (in this job or a related function/field): A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting with at least 4 years of experience managing a major segment of a corporate recruiting department and executive-level positions. Previous experience with high-volume, fast-paced and/or call center recruitment a plus.

Strong computer skills, including ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Highly skilled in behavioral interviewing techniques and negotiation. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

Special Certifications (if appropriate--identify if required to perform the job or just preferred): HR certifications and continuing HR/legal education preferred.
