Regional Talent Manager
About the Position:

The Regional Talent Manager (“RTM”) is responsible for the execution and implementation of innovative talent acquisition programs, processes and strategies that will attract and retain critical Field and Store Management talent. This position reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.  

This individual must reside or relocate within a commutable distance of our Corporate Office in Greensboro, NC or in the New England region of the US.

What You'll Do:
Responsible for partnering with hiring managers to identify business talent needs, conduct staffing analyses, and implement recruiting strategies Responsible for staffing operations management positions within the region (Store Manager through Department Manager)Recommend solutions regarding programs that assist in building a talent pipeline to support long and short-term strategic priorities and support the succession planning processActively recruit potential candidates using recruitment resources with primary focus on, but not limited to Critical Field Openings and Store Management level.Assist in developing and facilitating innovative and creative solutions to meet staffing needs and attract applicants to maintain talent pools.Help support and align culture and talent strategy to support the company vision, mission, and values Conduct organizational evaluations with senior leaders to recommend recruitment tools and resources that assist with timely talent identification and process improvementAssist in identifying leadership development opportunities and development plans for potential successorsFacilitate training and development sessions related to recruitment tools and processes Led and execute the recruiting processes, headcount management, candidate offers, internship opportunities and recruiting events for assigned regionEstablish and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization to ensure high level of communication and collaboration.Educate, consult and assist hiring managers to follow established processes and procedures.Maintain effective and efficient recruitment and onboarding modules to support the business.Assist with the development and revision of job descriptions and compensation reviews.Foster a corporate culture as a team member that promotes ethical practices, customer service and encourages integrity in a success-oriented, accountable environment.Partner with leaders to build diversity and inclusion into all their respective businesses and department functions.Maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attracting, retaining and motivating a diverse group of top-quality talent. Other special projects as assigned.Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of human resources or recruiting experience which includes supporting multiple levels of management in a fast-paced work environmentExperience supporting multiple business units across a region or territory in a consultative capacity and with diverse client groupsStrong analytical skills – proven success in using data to drive decisionsDemonstrated ability to educate candidates and hiring managersSourcing expertise, including direct sourcing of candidates for hard to fill jobsEnsures legal compliance of recruitment processesMust reside in a state where there is a company office/storeStrong technology skills: Microsoft Office, ATS, HRIS – iCIMS and Ultipro preferredExcellent communication skills that allow for productive communication with Individuals of various levelsExceptional problem resolution and process improvement skillsAbility to maintain the highest level of confidentialityIntense focus on detail and accuracy of workAbility to travel as needed to meet business needs
