SALARY RANGE: $130,000 - 169,906 per year
WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience; OR a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 3 years of work experience with the following: Software Defined Access Networks (SDAN) & Virtualized Network technologies, products, protocols, and environments; Private/Public Cloud, and Hypervisors such as vSphere, VMWare, or EXSI; Containerized Operating Systems, including Kubernetes or Docker; Fixed Wireless Access/Mobile Technology devices and RAN solutions; Infrastructure, protocols, and troubleshooting support tools in managing 4G/5G Gateways and Receivers; and Altiplano, Helm, Kibana, or Grafana.

Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting to isolate faults within the Nokia components to support Nokia NI-Fixed Networks customers. Provide timely interaction with customers and internal teams requesting support and manage Incidents/Outages within defined customer SLAs. Serve as the primary interface between Nokia CARE Engineering teams and Research and Development (R&D) teams on complex technical issues. Perform lab replication and provide detailed technical analysis reports to R&D. Provide issue resolution/outage neutralization. Develop Post-Mortem/RCA documentation and effectively communicating post-event analysis and recommendations to the customer. Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of business strategies. Analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert. #LI-DNI
