As the PT Business Digital Organization (PT/BDO) we lead, support and assist our PT business partners in developing, transforming or initiating digital offerings for our customers. This includes creating a consistent brand web image, but also focusing on online sales growth. The scope of our work encompasses the spread of media buy, organization & distribution of media assets, developing digital platforms and harmonizing our IT landscape. This also includes project and program management services for major IT investments. The target is to provide the right capabilities (technology, process, skill & organization) to enable our PT business units to be more efficient, faster and more successful in the digital transformation of their product & service offerings.
Job DescriptionOur team is happy to welcome you. Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team:
► Oversee and coordinate CRM initiatives for end-users and dealers.
► Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate global strategies into regional campaigns, maintaining a balanced editorial plan tailored to regional audiences.
► Design and execute branded regional email campaigns, managing campaign implementation and tracking workflows through Jira for efficient project management.
► Expand and nurture customer databases to improve engagement, retention, and loyalty.
► Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates) to optimize effectiveness.
► Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry best practices.
► Design and implement automated workflows to drive CRM efficiency and improve the user experience
► Other activities as required by the employer
Who you are?
► Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a strong plus).
► 3+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing: campaign management, customer segmentation, automation, and performance analysis.
► Demonstrated project Management skills, hands-on experience with CRM platforms, tools like Jira and knowledge of agile methodologies.
► Solid understanding of business processes and their integration into effective CRM strategies.
► Strong understanding of email marketing trends and user-focused strategies.
► Analytical mindset with proven skills in data-driven decision making.
► Business fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across multiple regions.
► Strong interpersonal skills, adept at managing diverse stakeholders and navigating complex interfaces.
► Proactive and solution-oriented, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
