The Regional Trade Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving the company's success in the region by ensuring that marketing efforts are strategically aligned with business goals. Meaningful Work From Day One:

As a Regional Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective trade and marketing strategies to promote our brands in the west region. You will lead the market independently with guidance from the National Trade Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives for the region. The Regional Trade Marketing Manager plays a crucial role between Marketing & Sales - leveraging brand plans into executable channel & customer plans.

The role will work across the portfolio of brands of B-F India in the west region (Maharashtra, Goa, M.P, DDS) which is the most important region in B-F India with direct distribution in Mumbai, Pune and Goa and will be responsible for Trade Marketing activity across all channels. You will work closely with Marketing teams, Sales teams and external agencies partners to ensure excellence in execution (timeliness, quality of implementation & performance).

What You Can Expect:

Strategy Development:

Develop and implement regional trade marketing strategies and budgets that align with the company's overall goals.

Tailor marketing initiatives to the specific needs and preferences of the region.

Market Penetration & Growth:

Develop strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth within the region.

Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the customer base.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends.

Use insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.

Commercial Collaboration:

Work closely with the regional commercial teams to align trade marketing activations for the region.

Provide the sales team with necessary marketing materials, promotional tools, and training.

Promotional Campaigns:

Plan and execute regional promotional campaigns that are tailored to local market problems & opportunities to drive sales and customer engagement.

Ensure that promotional activities are effectively communicated and implemented at the point of sale.

Brand Visibility:

Enhance brand presence through effective in-store promotions, merchandising, and point-of-sale materials.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and trade partners

Also, manage relationships with external agencies, vendors & suppliers to ensure the timely execution of marketing campaigns.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade marketing activities.

Adjust strategies/plan based on performance data, learnings and feedback.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the regional marketing budget.

Ensure cost-effective implementation of marketing programs.

What You Bring to the Table:

Have a bachelor’s degree (Major in Marketing preferred) and 7-10 years sales and marketing experience or field marketing experience within the beverage or CPG industry.

Strong analytical skills with a curious and creative mindset

Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, meet deadlines and simultaneously develop, deploy, and coordinate multiple projects.

High degree of independent judgment and initiative, in a team-oriented, self-managed

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Demonstrated ability to make sound business decisions, have courageous conversations, influence others, prioritize portfolio and allocate resources effectively.

Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills

Readiness to travel within the market & regionally (the person will spend 10 to 15 days in a month in the market in the region)
