What a typical day looks like:
Identifying training needs of Field team (ASPs)Creating training content - Both product & processTraining planning and executionMeasure and improve training effectivenessTechnical support to Field teamInterface with customers (brand) to escalate field technical issuesLiaise with brand to get solutionsImpart training to internal teamSelf learning abilities to upgrade and keep the team updatedThe experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Technical Qualification (Min. Diploma in Electronics / comm.)Minimum 4 years to Maximum 6 years of experience in handling Computer hardware support and Training – L3, L4Experience in handling multiple service outlets (Computer hardware)Ensuring ASP (Authorized Service Partner) training and enhance their technical skill levelReporting to the regional managers on regular basisWhat you will receive for the great work you provide
