Regional Transformation Lead - EMEA

This role is available in multiple locations across EMEA including Warszawa, London, and Dubai.

What this job involves:

As a Regional Transformation Lead for EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa), your role is to drive and oversee transformation initiatives within the region. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and implementing change management strategies to achieve business objectives. Some key responsibilities include: 

Strategy Development: Work closely with the regional leadership team to develop and align transformation strategies with the organization's goals and objectives.

Transformation Planning: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for transformation initiatives, ensuring clear deliverables and milestones.

Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to minimize resistance and ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and initiatives across the region.

Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional leaders, department heads, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support for transformation efforts.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, process improvement, and automation within the region, and lead the implementation of best practices and standardized processes.

Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and impact of transformation initiatives, and regularly report to senior management.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and mitigation strategies related to transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate with other regional transformation leads and global teams to share best practices, lessons learned, and innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience leading transformation initiatives within a multinational organization, preferably within the EMEA region.

Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Excellent change management skills, including the ability to influence and inspire teams to embrace change.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous optimization.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry and understanding of regional market dynamics is a plus.
