At Anaplan, we are looking for a Regional Vice President, Enterprise Sales - ANZ to join a Category defining company in the Connected Planning / EPM SAAS space and make an impact in the industry. About the Role:

As The Regional Vice President for Enterprise Accounts based in Sydney, you will lead a team of high-performing Enterprise Account Executives to expand Anaplan’s footprint in the ANZ market. You will be responsible for shaping and executing our sales strategy while fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture.

You will have built and led high performing sales teams, have a strong track record closing revenue in the software world and have great experiences mentoring your sales team.

You will be an expert at positioning business value, driving sales of enterprise software solutions, managing complex sales cycles and building relationships with key stakeholders in large corporations.

You have a minimum of 5 years of Sales leadership experience with enterprise software selling experience in the ANZ market and over 10 years’ experience overall in Software Sales with an emphasis to Enterprise selling.


What You’ll Be Doing:

Partner with the country manager to grow and build the business in the region Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Guide and manage the activities of the Enterprise Account Executives within assigned region to ensure that company revenue goals and objectives are exceeded Develop and execute on a business plan to expand business into new accounts throughout the region Juggle the closing of current-quarter deals while nurturing longer-term opportunities Conduct regular pipeline reviews, one-on-one coaching sessions, and best-practice sharing meetings. Managing daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts and closed deals to ensure above quota results based on successful pipeline management Attract, hire, onboard, and retain top sales talent while fostering an environment of equity, inclusion, and professional development.

What You Bring:

Excellent C-level communication skills Minimum 5 year’s sales leadership experience in ANZ with Enterprise Sales. Proven leadership ability to influence, develop and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach in a Sales environment Comfort and experience with SaaS/cloud-based software and discussing it with business leaders Strong track record of exceeding company sales quotas in a complex sales environment Experience in territory management and planning, at the regional and account levels Proven expertise with teaching, coaching and training sales methodologies Strong written, verbal, presentation and organizational skills required. Based in Sydney and willing to travel as needed throughout the region

Bonus points:

EPM, BI or ERP software sales experience History of meeting/exceeding team quotas Passion for a fast paced, high growth environment Success selling into Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Sales/Sales Operations or Marketing.
