Regional Vice President, Sales - Northeast Market
With minimal direction, manage, train and evaluate sales staff to achieve company goals. Sell eyewear products to specified accounts by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects. Exercise in depth knowledge of the organization's services, products and marketing techniques to achieve market share growth objectives and operational goals.

Formulate and implement strategic business plans specific to the needs of individual large accounts to retain and increase membership and identify new and ancillary product sales opportunities

Cultivate and develop strong business relationships with clients and prospective clients’ executives

Monitor performance to ensure sales goals are met

Educate customers on industry and price trends in order to inform and assist with business decisions

Maintain current working knowledge on existing and new products/services and other general information to ensure accurate information is provided

Act as liaison between various departments and customers to ensure service levels and expectations are met.  Collaborate with marketing and product development to address customer’s needs and analyze market data

Utilize sales automation system to make inquiries, maintain records, and prepare reports

Job Specifications

Typically has the following skills or abilities:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience

Seven years direct outside sales experience

Three years sales management experience

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Demonstrated track record in meeting sales/revenue goals with major account responsibility

In depth knowledge of underwriting, products, services and healthcare industry

Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

Clean DMV record

Ability to obtain appropriate state insurance license within six months of employment and meet all continuing education requirements

Candidate must reside within the territory.  The territory will include Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware.

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Salary Ranges: $87,215.00 - $118,572.50
