Regional Vice President, Specialty Sales - Cassling Successful candidates must reside in Omaha, NE or surrounding area As the Regional Vice President of Specialty Sales, you'll manage the specialty sales team to ensure growth of market share through strategic interaction and collaboration with our customers. You'll also play a role in managing the collaboration with specialty sales partners through strategic planning and cohesive presentation of the Cassling specialty sales portfolio.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Create and execute go to market strategies for specialty sales products. Collaborate with CQuence and Partner entities to identify, build, and foster partnerships. Provide regular updates to partner entities reporting on the needs of sales organization to help enable the delivery of sales results. Lead, manage and hold accountable specialty sales team to success and specialty sales metrics. Align resources, activities, and solutions to the organization’s long-term vision and strategy. Foster trusted advisor mindset across the organization. Grow the business year over year. Achieve overall dollar volume. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all ISO regulations. Ensure assigned employees are actively covering and converting across all specialty sales product lines and market segments. Construct and manage quarterly and weekly forecasting. Develop and manage specialty sales territories. Align to Cassling’s Key Results. Actively support annual business planning. Mentor and guide the professional development of each employee to optimal performance. Implement employee compensation plans. Manage expenses to improve bottom line. Manage discounts and concessions to improve bottom line. Provide regular updates to the VP of Sales, reporting on open issues, sales development, and potential customers. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, assigning work, disciplining and appraising performance of those supervised by the position. Conduct quarterly meetings to ensure personal and professional developments plans are in place. Required to adhere to hospital credentialing requirements including but not limited to annual immunizations, drug screening, background checks, etc. as dictated by sited Joint Commission policy. Experience: Minimum of 5 years sales experience preferably in the medical imaging industry with Point of Care experience preferred. Prior leadership experience required. Communication: Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships and collaborate with key decision makers, both internal and external, and communicate business & performance feedback with direct reports. Must be able to communicate across all levels of the organization. Teamplayer: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attributes: Leadership skills to support strategic planning. Adept at handling many responsibilities simultaneously and adapt to change quickly to meet the needs of the organization. Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders in order to reach consensual decisions.
