Kforce's client, a Private Equity backed professional services firm seeks VP - Operations. This role will report to the CEO and oversee a portfolio of accounting firms, ensuring that their performance meets/exceeds performance goals. You will be responsible for Financial & Operational Standards, Strategic Growth, and overall Organizational Leadership. Key Responsibilities: Financial & Operational Performance: * Oversee the financial performance of all firms in the region, ensuring sustainable revenue and profitable growth * Monitor and optimize key business KPI's, including client acquisition and retention, employee acquisition and retention, and productivity * Partnering with corporate finance and Partner Firms to develop and adhere to quarterly forecast and annual budgets Identify and prioritize firm growth initiatives, including cross-selling, additional services, talent acquisition, etc.: * Standardize processes across service lines (Audit, Tax, Attest, Bookkeeping, CAS, etc.) to improve efficiency * Identify and foster regional relationships to drive additional M&A/tent pole, tuck-in acquisitions, and referrals * Establish the Cultural and human capital to support the brand establish, monitor, and coach performance standards across the organization Revenue & Profit Growth (sustainable YOY double-digit growth): * Change Management and Integration Support * Best Practice Identification and Implementation * Managing Communications between Firms
