Regional Vice President of Operations - Senior Living

As our newest RVP of Operations, you will:
Lead all aspects of 10+ communities while focusing on occupancy and revenue growth. This includes resident care and experience, staffing and employee relations, marketing, programming, culinary services, facilities maintenance, and general administration. Collaborate with Wellness, Sales and other support office workstreams to guide communities towards meeting and exceeding performance expectations. Ensure the continual positive engagement of residents, families, and team members by cultivating and maintaining an inclusive, positive environment Oversee the financial management and regulatory compliance, including annual state survey, of assigned communities
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, gerontology, business or related field 5-7 years experience in multisite and/or multi-state senior living operations with a proven track record in achieving business growth and team member retention
