As a Regional Yard Manager, you are responsible for the planning and oversight of remote yard operations through standardized work processes and fostering a safe operating environment. This position will coordinate projects by closely working with organizational leadership within the Michels Family of Companies. Responsible for the overall safety, quality, performance and customer experience within the remote yards. Critical for success is the ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, and to maintain organization while providing direction and leadership.
