WHAT YOU WILL DO
ABA Every Day is seeking energetic, caring, and creative professionals to provide ethical and compassionate ABA services to young children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities wherever they may need help in home, in school, or in our Oakland clinic while under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProvide direct client ABA services for early-intervention children in 1:1 and group settingsFollow treatment plan protocols and record data as written and designed by a BCBACollect, record, and summarize data on observable client behaviorPerform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collectionAssist with caregiver skills trainingFollow organizational policies and procedures and abide by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Ethics Code WHAT WE REQUIRE18 years or olderHigh School DiplomaProof of employment eligibilityValid drivers license, proof of valid car insurance, and reliable transportation1 year prior experience working with children in a professional capacity requiredActive RBT credential (preferred, not required)Experience working with children with exceptionalities (preferred, not required)
