What You'll Do + Supervision: Provide direct supervision of BT’s/RBT’s including hiring, managing performance, provide oversight of training compliance and payroll. + Individualized Plans: Participate in the development of program plans and provide updates on progress. Ensure that each client’s individual plan is implemented as written. + Documentation: Maintain appropriate records, collect, review, and analyze data and complete of treatment notes as required and within the specified time frames. + Training: Participate in all training that enables performance of duties effectively, efficiently, and competently (ex. staff meetings, orientation, in-services). Responsible for providing training, oversight and accountability for the direct work provided by RBTs and for participating in parent training. + Compliance: RBT must abide by the subset of the BACB ® Professional and Ethical Compliance Code designated as relevant to the practice of behavior technicians. + Materials: Assist with identification, creating, and organizing child specific material needs and coordinate material needs. + Other responsibilities included: Direct implementation of child specific Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs as written by the Behavior Analyst. Working with the child and family by providing behavioral interventions and skill acquisition programming per the plan. When You'll Work + Full-Time: 40 hours per week + Monday-Friday: typical business hours Benefits This role is full-time and eligible for health benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and a 403B retirement account. PTO is front-loaded upon hire and starts accruing immediately. As a non-profit organization, we participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program. What You'll Need + Bachelor’s Degree + Minimum of two years’ experience working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience implementing ABA therapy. + Possess a current RBT credential and be in good standing with the BACB. Why ChildServe?
