Sentara Home Care Services in Chesapeake, Virginia is hiring a Full Time Registered Clinical Dietician!Experience with writing TPNS is highly preferred.Hospital and/or home infusion experience is preferred.This position will be an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8am-5:30pm.Responsible for managing patient's medical nutrition therapy in accordance with the medical staff approved clinical practice standards. Serves as a resource for nutrition education.
