We're seeking a highly motivated RDA to join our dental practice in the beautiful city of Hixson, TN! Schedule (days/hours) Mon-Thur Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and maintain patient records Provide patient education on oral health care and post-treatment instructions Maintain an organized and clean work environment Support the front office team with patient communication and scheduling when necessary Qualifications Registered Dental Assistant License X-Ray Certification Compensation $18-$20/hr About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
