Responsibilities:

Assess nutritional status, determine needs, and develop a nutrition care plan for residents.Attend interdepartmental Plan of Care meetings, review care plans, and maintain monitoring system to ensure appropriate care and timely review.Counsel residents on individual nutritional needs and monitor their acceptance of food and beverages.Ensure nutritional adequacy of menu and Diet Manual.
