Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian - Food Operations Manager 3 for the Sharp HealthCare system located in San Diego, CA.  Sharp HealthCare, is a leading healthcare system in San Diego, California.  This role will help to support food service operations, and collaborate with onsite leadership, ensuring consistent adherence to regulatory compliance (e,g TJC, CMS, Title 22),  lead QAPI programs to drive continuous improvement,  implement  system menus, and maintain the district Policy & Procedure Manual. 

 

The successful candidate will:

be a Registered Dietitianhave oversight of day-to-day operations;deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations; achieve company and client financial targets and goals;develop and maintain client and customer relationshipsensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance;have daily interaction with patients, their families and clinical team to ensure patient satisfaction;ensure Sodexo standards are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years   

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
