Schedule: Tuesday/Thursday Grass Valley and Wednesday/Friday Auburn Benefit Highlights: + Employer-paid Health Insurance (medical, dental and vision): 100% for employee and 80% for dependents. + 13 Vacation Days, Paid Holidays, 6+ Days Sick Leave (1 hour for every 30 hours worked) + Retirement Plan with 6% match Job Duties: + Provides diet related education and medical nutrition therapy to individuals and groups. + Works collaboratively with providers and the care teams to facilitate the care of patients with diabetes and other chronic/acute conditions according to evidence-based clinical practice guidelines. + Assesses nutritional needs and develops nutritional focused education care plans, evaluates and monitors appropriately. Required Experience: Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or a related field. + Current certification through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR). + Two (2) years’ experience in medical setting as a registered dietitian. + BLS certification. Preferred Qualifications: + Current CDCES certification.
