About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you'll be the driving force behind high-quality care services. You'll lead from the front -ensuring compliance, inspiring your team, and delivering person-centred care that empowers individuals to live independently and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities:

Leading day-to-day operations across multiple locationsEnsuring full compliance with CQC and regulatory standardsBuilding and mentoring a passionate, skilled care teamDeveloping strong relationships with clients, families, and stakeholdersDriving continuous improvement and service innovation

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in domiciliary and/or supported living managementStrong knowledge of CQC regulationsExceptional marketing and networking skillsProven experience of mobilising new tendersInspirational leadership and excellent interpersonal skillsA proactive, solutions-focused mindsetFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
