Role Overview:

As the Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organisation. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our domiciliary and supported living services.Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting a culture of excellence in care delivery.Building and leading a passionate and skilled care team.Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, their families, and external stakeholders.Implementing quality assurance measures to enhance service delivery.

I am seeking a Registered Manager with:

Proven experience in domiciliary and/or supported living management (You could be a deputy manager looking to step up or a registered manager seeking a new challenge)Relevant qualifications and a deep understanding of CQC regulations.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.The ability to innovate and drive positive change.A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleResilience, drive, motivation, and excellent business acumen
