OFSTED Registered Manager

Setting: Residential respite service for children

Location: Loughborough, UK
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum
Position: Full-Time

Are you an experienced and dedicated professional looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals needing respite care? I am seeking a passionate OFSTED Registered Manager to open and oversee a new residential respite service in the Loughborough area.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the residential respite service.Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with OFSTED regulations.Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and supportive environment.Recruit, train, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional care.Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external agencies.Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making improvements as necessary.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an OFSTED Registered Manager.Experience providing personalised care for young people with learning disabilities and complex needs.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent knowledge of OFSTED regulations and standards.Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.Commitment to providing high-quality care and support.Level 5 in leadership and management, or you will be working towards/willing to secure this qualification.Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
