Devereux TCV Community Services is Hiring for a Registered Nurse (RN) for its Diversion & Acute Stabilization (DAS) Program!
Salary Range: $64,642 - $79,950, depending on education and related experience!
Position Type: Full-time, exempt.
Schedule: The normal workweek for this position is 37.5 hours M-F.
What to Expect:
Meet with prescribers and individual consumers for Mental Health medication check appointments and completes the following tasks: initials prescribers orders, copies consumer prescriptions, notifies Partial/DAS staff of all medication changes, provides hard copy of prescriber orders, makes changes in DAS prescription record (MAR) and assists prescriber with all other requests to promote a continuum of care.Provide medication monitoring and supportive therapy services. Included are administration of injectable medications per MD order, education and assessment on side effects of prescribed medication, checking vital signs, evaluation of psychiatric stability and/or apparent decompensation, and brief supportive interventions.What Devereux TCV offers YOU:

QualificationsGraduation from an approved nursing program.Current PA RN License.Three (3) years of related nursing experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting.Child Abuse History, Criminal Clearance (ACT 33/34) and FBI Clearances.
