The Occupational Health RN is responsible for coordinating and implementing the employee health program to ensure a safe and healthy environment for employees. This role ensures facility compliance with relevant rules and regulations and provides clinical services to employees.

The successful candidate:

Must be able to work FT Monday - Friday 8:00a-5:00p.

Coordinate and implement the employee health program.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Provide clinical services to employees.

Prepare reports and attend committee meetings.

Offer guidance and act as a resource on employee health and wellness.

Participate in educational development and serve as a teacher/trainer.

Liaise between the facility, Workers Compensation, Employee Health Providers, and administrative staff.

Perform additional tasks as instructed by supervisory, regulatory, or administrative personnel.

Qualifications

Your qualifications should include:

Current Georgia RN license from an accredited college

BSN required or enrolled within 6 months of hire and BSN completed within three years from hire date

Current BLS required

3 – 5 years experience in employee health and/or infection control preferred
