JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible to assist the Risk Manager with all aspects of the patient experience starting with pro-active education and training to initial contact with patients and/or families over patient care concerns, and then follow up, trending and reporting of data.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education:Bachelor's degree in health-care related field or current enrollment in Bachelor's degree program preferred.
Experience: 3 or more years experience in an acute care setting.
Knowledge and Skills: Possess the ability to problem solve towards a mutual resolution of issues or concerns. Excellent verbal and written communication. Skilled at service recovery, and resolution management.
License/Certifications: Current, valid CA RN license.
Equipment: General office equipment.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
PAY RANGE
$46.73 - $70.09
The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
