Gundersen Health System is seeking a RN, Hospice Care Coordinator to work casual/on-call.  This is your opportunity to do the work you love in the beautiful Coulee region.

What you will do:

No guaranteed hours, pick up shifts when you are available8 and 12-hour Day, PM, holiday, and weekend shifts Provide compassionate care to families and patients through end-of-life transitions within a 50-mile radius of La Crosse, WIWork with a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, social workers, chaplains, bereavement coordinators and hospice aides

What you need:Associate Degree in NursingMinimum of 3 years RN experienceRN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hireRN licensure to practice in the state of Minnesota within 3 months of hire
