Responsible for performing chart audit and analysis functions to determine quality performance of clinical departments in support of internal and external regulatory agencies for CMC and DHK.Responsible for leading the organization in all efforts related to accreditation and regulatory compliance.Utilize nursing clinical knowledge in the review and abstraction of clinical data concerning a broad range of patient cohorts and clinical conditions. Observe patterns in clinical practice as reflected in documentation, and make recommendations for practice changes to enhance the quality of care provided.Review patient care data for campus committees, quality improvement initiatives, quality assurance and patient safety efforts and both internal and external data requirements.Work with other departments and support staff to resolve identified problems both at case level and as a participant in a group to improve processes and/or communication. Bachelors degree in a related field, BSN preferred. 5-7 years combined nursing and regulatory reporting. Nursing, Project Management, Regulatory Compliance, Accreditation, Quality Auditing, Presentation Skills.
