The Anesthesia and Operating Room is team-oriented and very collaborative, keeping quality and safety as our main goal. The Manager leads by example and coaches mentors, and elevates her team members. This Operating Room does open heart. Under the direction of the Director/Manager/ Charge Nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care. This position is for the Open Heart Team for CVOR cases and requires after-hours, on-call during the week and weekends for emergent CVOR cases. We are searching for candidates that have experience in a Hospital Main Operating Room and CVOR experience. The hours are 6am-2:30pm. This is a full time position eligible for a sign on bonus Qualifications Education Associate's Degree Licensure/Certification/Registration Florida Registered Nurse License, BLS, ACLS Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Med/Surg or critical care experience of 1 year preferred CVOR and Circulating exp highly preferred
