**Location:** Pipestone, MN **Worker Type:** Regular **Work Shift:** Primarily days with night, weekend and holiday on-call involvement (United States of America) Pipestone County Medical Center and Family Clinic is currently seeking to find qualified individuals to join our growing team. We are committed to providing high quality services to our southwest Minnesota community. **Position Highlights** **Job Duties:** Performs case management and skilled nursing care according to a MD established order for home health and hospice patients. Responsible for supervising the nursing tasks of the Licensed Practical Nurse and Home Health Aide when they are assisting in the care of the primary RN’s patient. **Qualifications:** Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from a college or university required. One to two years of nursing experience preferred. Experience with home health and hospice care preferred. Must have current license from the state of Minnesota and be able to obtain licensure in the state of South Dakota. CPR certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required. **Shift:** Will be scheduled weekdays according to census of department and will take call on weekends, weekdays and holidays rotating with other RN’s on staff This position is a 0.8 FTE position (64 hours per pay period) **The pay range for this position is $38.94 - $52.74 per hour.
