Registered Nurse | Home Health Hospice

As a Registered Nurse in Home Health Hospice, you will make a difference in the lives of others by caring for patients and their families in the comfort of wherever they call home. Responsibilities include completing medication reviews, seeking orders from physicians, and teaching caregivers about how to provide end of life care for their loved ones. Other routine nursing tasks include wound care, catheter care, head to toe assessments, and pain assessments while tending to ongoing case management with the team. We provide an extensive orientation program as well as ongoing RN office support to you while visiting patients. This position serves in the cities of Monticello, Big Lake, Buffalo, Becker, South St. Cloud and surrounding areas.

Schedule

Part-time | 40 hours every two weeks  Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm  Every 4th weekend | Rotating holidays and evenings | Rare on call    

Pay and Benefits

Pay based on experience and degree Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $37.27 per hour Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $38.20 per hour Master’s in nursing starting at $39.16 per hour Pay range: $37.27 - $55.91 per hour Milage reimbursement and extra pay for working weekend shifts $3,500 hiring bonus for eligible candidates Part-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing  Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license  Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card  Minimum of two years of experience in an acute care setting, at least one year of RN experience Reliable transportation  Valid Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and insurance liability coverage 

Based out of our office in Marketplace Mall, the Home Health department primarily takes place in the communities we serve, in the homes of our patients.
